We worked with Segro on the preparation and submission of the DCO application including assembling the necessary planning and design information and coordinating the preparation of the Environmental Statement. We also took the lead role in the coordination of the extensive public consultation process.

We have subsequently worked to make all of the detailed submissions under the DCO to deliver the various aspects of the scheme, covering the infrastructure and landscaping arrangements, through to the Kegworth Bypass, rail terminal and individual buildings.
