Northampton Gateway is a nationally significant Strategic Rail Freight Interchange (SRFI) adjacent to Junction 15 of the M1. We led the planning team which secured a Development Consent Order (DCO).

We led the preparation and submission of the DCO application including preparing the application material and coordinating the Environmental Statement with the planning and design team. We also coordinated the extensive public consultation and stakeholder engagement process, and were actively involved throughout the Examination process.

We continue to work with Segro on implementation of the scheme, and have led on securing the detailed consent for several warehousing units comprising over 2 million sq.ft of floor space.
