We acted for a Consortium of Landowners and house builders, Vistry Homes, Barratt Homes and Taylor Wimpey on promotion of this strategic urban extension.

Our role involved promotion through the Local Plan process culminating in the allocation of the site and its removal from the Green Belt. We subsequently worked with the Local Authority to put in place a Development Framework SPD (Supplementary Planning Document) covering the whole site, which has enabled detailed applications to be submitted.

Oxalis worked with Vistry Homes on the submission and approval of a detailed applications for the site for around 1000 dwellings.
