This is a major urban regeneration scheme in the heart of Hove. Our role included direct involvement with the landowner and their development partners in the preparation, submission and approval of a scheme to redevelop this brownfield site.

We coordinated a detailed planning application for mixed use redevelopment of the site led by Moda Living. We have supported delivery through discharging conditions and taking forward minor amendments as part of the construction process, working closely with the LPA.

Phased occupation started in March 2024, and we continue to advise on planning matters post-consent and respond to the evolving context of the site. This includes ongoing involvement in the final, northern parcel of the site where a new application is being prepared.
