We successfully promoted this site through the Coventry City Local Plan, securing its release from the Green Belt, and followed this with outline planning consent. The site is now under construction.

Our promotional role began years before the 2018/19 Local Plan review working with landowners and the LPA. In tandem with securing the allocation of the site and release from the Green Belt we led on preparing an outline application supported by an Environmental Statement.

Outline consent granted in June 2021, and we have remained involved in helping bring the phased delivery of the site. Construction of key site-wide infrastructure and early development phases is now underway.
