Whitley South is a mixed commercial scheme including manufacturing, small warehousing and office space, located south of Coventry.

Whitley South is a site which we promoted through the Local Plan process, resulting in its removal from the Green Belt and allocation for employment development. We led the planning application process to secure outline consent for the scheme.

We have subsequently submitted Reserved Matters for the site, including gaining consent for the UK Battery Industrialisation Centre (UKBIC) which is a £150 million battery manufacturing and scale-up facility.
