We coordinated and submitted a hybrid planning application for employment led development on this unallocated, cross-boundary site.

Working with three LPAs and two County Councils brought additional procedural and political complications which required a tenacious approach to stakeholder engagement. The site was approved by all three local planning authorities in 2024.

Highways (rail bridge) improvements on the A5 and at Dodwells roundabout form a key part of the scheme and required close working with National Highways, Network Rail, and the local highways authorities.
