We secured planning permission for 2 million sq. ft. of logistics floorspace for Amazon.
We led the preparation of the Environmental Statement working in coordination with the Applicant, planning and design team, and the local planning authority, to deliver a successful outcome to a challenging programme.
The scheme includes new highways links, plus improved footpath, cycleway and bridleway connections. The building was completed in 2022.
