We secured planning permission for 141 dwellings together with new community sports facilities.

We worked with landowners from inception to deliver outline and detailed planning permission for new homes on an unallocated greenfield site.  In addition to 141 new homes the consent includes new community sports facilities within the site.  

We led the team of consultants to prepare the applications and manage engagement with local residents and politicians. We continue to advise landowners on the delivery of the scheme in view of the uncertainty created by the safeguarding of land for HS2.
