Land North of Ruddington

We led the process of promotion of this site and were successful in having it removed from the Green Belt and allocated for development. The site included land affected by localised flood-risk challenges which required a comprehensive approach to the site’s development, including works to a watercourse and associated flood-plain areas.

We led on submission of a detailed application which was subsequently approved. The site is now partly complete and occupied, with the final phases under construction.
