We secured outline consent before also securing reserved matters approval for 14 large dwellings on this edge of village site.
This site was removed from the Green Belt on adoption of the Rushcliffe Local Plan. We worked with the landowner to bring forward an outline application to establish the principle for residential development, balancing the desire for a sympathetic, quality scheme with a need to maximise the use of this well located site.

We have secured reserved matters approvals, discharged all relevant conditions, and construction began in summer 2024.
