We led the preparation and submission of a planning application on this brownfield site, including preparation of the Environmental Statement and also the public consultation process and stakeholder engagement.

The application was submitted to the Local Planning Authority in early 2023 with approval secured in summer 2024. Dialogue with occupiers and the LPA about reserved matters applications is underway.
